Quality Policy Statement
LIFEline safety Consultancy (LLSC) is an independent Third-Party Inspection body and First aid Training Center & Occupational Safety Training Center which shall conduct Safety Trainings, inspection, and testing as per international standards and practices. It is the policy of LLSC to achieve and maintain the highest standard of quality and reliability in all aspects of testing.
Customer satisfaction and winning their faith in our Inspection and testing results, is our prime aim. To implement this policy, LLSC management is committed to ensure that:
- LLSC Quality System will be as per ISO 17020:2012. Management Representative is authorized to write, amend and update the quality manual and associated procedures.
- We will consistently provide service at a quality level that meets or exceeds the needs of our clients and the requirements of this standard by employing the competent staff and enhancing their skills by appropriate training.
- LLSC Management commitment to impartiality in carrying out its inspection activities, First Aid Training, Occupational Safety Training by managing conflicts of interest and ensuring the objectivity of its inspection activities.
- Quality System and procedures will be mandatory and strictly followed by all company staff and employees.
- All materials and equipment supplied, purchased and services offered will be in compliance with our quality system requirements. Management is committed to provide necessary resources required to achieve desired objectives and business goals.
- We will develop our suppliers to enhance our product quality and shall consider them as our business partners.
- We shall always comply with DM and Federal regulations as applicable.
- We shall strive for continuous improvement based on customer feedback and stakeholder’s requirements.
